traktor scratch runs without problems on windows 7 RC.
i installed traktor scratch version 1.3.1050 today without problems.
the recent USB driver from the NI website for audio 8 DJ interface also works. after the driver installation the USB interface was not detected and was still listed as “unknown device” within device manager – right click on unknown device and click add driver… locate the driver manually on your harddisk (browse… – normal install path is C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Audio 8 DJ Driver).
NI service center software also runs without problems.
after playing for about 4 hours i got the impression it runs smoother on windows 7 RC than vista.

Hi,
wie sind die weiteren Erfahrungen bisher ?
Bei mir steht die Anschaffung vom Traktor Scratch Pro vor der Türe und da ich bisher mit dem RC von Win7 nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe würde ich das Ganze dann am Notebook auch unter Win7 laufen lassen.
Gibt es da aus deiner Sicht Einschränkungen ?

ich hab eben das “normale” traktor scratch laufen. das pro ist ja neuer glaub ich, sollte wohl auch ohne probleme funktionieren da es ja nur software mäßig anders ist, die hardware die gleiche (audio 8 dj?).
ich hab ein performantes business notebook – lenovo thinkpad x200s. auch das recording in traktor scratch funktioniert einwandfrei, was bei schwächerer hardware vielleicht zu problemen führen kann.
